Editorial Reviews

All The Way features Allstar Weekend's hit single, "Not Your Birthday," the video for which has over 3 million on-line views as well as "Blame It On September". Allstar Weekend enlisted an enviable team of producers and writers for All The Way including J.R. Rotem (Rihanna, Britney Spears, Jason Derulo), S*A*M and Sluggo (Katy Perry, Gym Class Heroes), Busbee (Timbaland, Lady Antebellum), and Dan Wilson (Adele). The result is a seamless blend of rock, pop and dance that will surely be an anthemic party album for Allstar Weekend fans.

This album, like its predecessor, "Suddenly Yours", contains catchy, upbeat, energetic tunes that soar under the guidance of Zach Porter's youthful but high-quality voice. I discovered their music kind of by accident on iTunes, and found their songs to be great additions to my iPod, especially songs to keep me energized at the gym. Though they are popular with teen girls, we "middle-aged men" enjoy their music, too. They are fun for all sexes and ages. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel young again, and celebrate joy musically.

I love dance music and music and makes you feel good. This covers all bases. I was ordering another cd from Amazon at the time and they recommended this one. The reviews were all estatic. Not ever hearing of the group before or hearing their music I took a chance on it and am glad I did. All the reviews were right on! I have played it over and over, especially in the car and would love to get another cd by this group!

Allstar weekend really stepped up their game this time. Not only musically but lyrically. I found every track equally appealing. It's catchy and this genre has a bit of everything. From the acoustics in "Blame it on September" to the catch froggy beats in "James" there's a song for everyone. I promise you it's worth the buy. You'll have the cd on repeat for days!! Go get it!!

This is one of my most prized possessions. The lyrics to this album are completely original and beautiful. What I love most about this product, is the different sound each song shows. For example, Not your birthday is not the same as Teenage hearts... this gives me, as a consumer, the feeling that this album was thought, not as a pop-sound like most Disney stuff would but, more genres. If you want to buy it, do so! It's totally worth it. You're gonna LOVE IT! So far, it's my favorite album. Well done Allstar Weekend, great album, beautiful songs, unique sound.

I've been a fan of Allstar's since 2009, back when they had just gotten signed. Out of all the music I've heard from them...this album, in my opinion, is their best one. It shows their growth and maturity, both musically and age-wise. They've started to break out of that 'Disney' scene that so many people put them in, and have shown that they're so much more than just another 'Disney band.' While yes, Disney helped them start out, they've started to show that they can make it beyond that. They've really put themselves into this album and have definitely taken their music in a new direction. I mean, it still has some of the upbeat sounds we all know and love, but with some change for the better. They've started to find their own way as artists. While yes, some lyrics (such as the song 'All The Way') aren't necessarily 'appropriate' for some of their younger fans, I'm proud of them for taking that leap. They are singing songs that are more appropriate for their age. As artists, their music has to grow with them, and they've done just that. They weren't going to stay teenagers forever, and their music can't either. However, the songs that parents would deem 'inappropriate' aren't nearly as bad as other songs that can be heard on the radio on a daily basis. So considering that, it's still pretty clean. Besides, only a few songs on the album are 'iffy.' Kids, tweens, and teens can still enjoy the album as a whole. With all that said...to all those people who didn't like Allstar Weekend before because they thought they were just this cheesy 'Disney band', I think this album could definitely change their mind.

This album is nearly impossible to buy in stores, so I was thrilled when I finally got it. The music is so summery and upbeat, and on the sad songs you can really feel the singer's emotion. I would recommend this album to anyone who enjoys good summer music!
