The first thing I noticed when opening the container is the strong chemical-like smell that these have. I actually double checked to make sure these were eye makeup removers because the smell made me nervous about putting it over my eyes. I have used them and they do work pretty well. If I'm wearing just mascara then one pad is good for use but with a full face you'll definitely need more than that. I actually use them more often to take off the eye makeup that I didn't quite get off the night before when I wake up in the morning. I like them. They were cheap so I'm not really complaining but I don't think I'll order again.

I love the compact size for travel. I didn't want to carry around a bottle of makeup remover so I was looking for something convenient. The pads are very thin so when you grab one, it actually might be two stuck together. Based on the size of the jar, you would assume it is mostly filled up to the top but because of the thinness of the pads, it is actually less than half full. The pads are kind of see-through since it was so thin. It is about half the thickness of what you expect a makeup remover pad to be. The diameter of the pad is about 1.5".

I don't wear a ton of eye makeup so one pad is good for me. If you wear moderate to heavy makeup, you will most likely need to use more than one pad. A makeup wipe will be better if you wear more makeup. Some reviews mentioned stinging but I didn't have that problem. The jar seals tight so you don't have to worry about it leaking in your suitcase. The makeup remover fluid is average. All the pads were adequately moist but there wasn't any excess makeup remover in the jar. I hope my review helps!

This was the perfect travel size! The only thing I found unpleasant was there seemed to be too much of the cleaning liquid on these pads compared to the container with 80 in it that I use on a daily basis. But now that I have the travel size container that holds two weeks worth I can refill it as needed for any future traveling!

Wow these pads sting my eyes, and they smell like alcohol. Of course I have my eyes closed when I use these pads. But everyonce and awhile alittle of the fluid does get in my eyes. And wow it burns like crazy, most the time I rinse my eyes out with water after I use these pads. Plus I noticed that these pad will not remove L'Oreal Paris Double Extend Beauty Tubes. I usually get them to come off when I wash my face with cleanser...

I generally just use one of those big bottles of makeup remover that Neutrogena sells to take my makeup off, but I bought this because I was going to be on a 12 hour flight and needed a makeup remover that was travel friendly.

I love makeup, but I've always had people poke me with a stick about wearing it on long flights. As soon as I got on the plane, I whipped this baby out and removed all of my makeup with one makeup wipe. 11 hours later, I reapplied my makeup for fear of arriving to my destination looking like Gollum from Lord of the Rings (you know what I'm talking about).

The name is a bit misleading though. When I saw makeup remover pads, I thought they would be like those cotton makeup remover pads you buy in bulk at CVS. These were so thin, you might end up using two without realizing it if you're not paying attention. I bought these specifically because I would be going away for 14 days and this had 15 pads. Unfortunately, I didn't realize travel size meant taking a regular makeup wipe and cut it into a tiny circle and call it a pad.

I wouldn't replace my jug of neutrogena makeup remover with this no matter how much I adore wipes, but I'd definitely purchase it again the next time I'm traveling,

Almay & store brand generics are also good but this item burned the outside corners of my eye lids because it was too rough. Once it burned, was VERY hard for me to put eye liner on because of the irritation. Was traveling to Texas and needed a small eye remover product mailed to Texas because I forgot to pack mine. This will not be my first option next time.

I'd read good reviews so I tried this. First, the pads are so thin that it took two - one for each eye. I had a cut on my finger and it stung, so it made sense that it also stung my eyes, not badly, but definitely uncomfortable. I read more reviews and wound up with Boots Expert Sensitive Gentle Eye Make-Up Removal Pads and love this product. The pads are thicker, it doesn't sting, and it only takes one pad for both eyes.

Been using this product for years. A friend brought the travel-sized one on vacation and I had to have it. My one complaint about the product in general is that it is very oily, so I only use it when I know I can wash my face soon.
