Now, the recipes do look good, but it's just not user friendly.
I have this book on kindle, but chose to purchase actual books from another author who also includes the sugar-free component, primarily using stevia in her recipes. I wonder if Donatella would be interested in doing the same with this excellent cookbook? That would be, for our use, the only recommendation I would make :). Thanks, Donatella! Yours has been my "go to" book regarding almond flour!
If someone would ask me which one is the best recipe here I wouldn't know what to answer. It all depends on one's tastes I guess, but I think that nobody would dare say that there's not something for them in these pages, as there are recipes for all sorts of stuff: Soups, fish and meat, vegetarian dishes, cakes, muffins, pancakes and biscuits. If you're on a gluten free diet I'd say that this is the book for you since it gives you the opportunity to enjoy delicious meals every day, without ever missing your past culinary experiences.
I'm not on a diet, truth be told, but my husband is, and I've been trying for a long time to make him follow the doctor's orders, but with limited success. He used to say that this or that food "has no taste" but thanks to this book he no longer complains about anything. He needed variety and he got it. He had to improve his diet and his health and little by little he did. And now all is well.
