However, as Emma explains in this book,almond flour is a gluten free alternative to commercial flour.
This is particularly interesting as several people I know are looking for gluten-free recipes.
You will find lots of interesting recipes in this book in the knowledge that they are healthy, high in fibre and you have the added benefit that you may also lose weight.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! It contained lots and lots of recipes with almond flour as their main ingredient. Obviously I haven’t tried all of them, but from what I’ve tasted this far, I enjoyed them a lot. There are delicious recipes for bread, pancakes, cookies, main dishes, cakes, etc.
This is a wonderful resource to have nearby in the kitchen, highly recommended!
