I view one tablet as negative nine grams of fat or 81 calories. FBCx first binds saturated fat and then binds other fat, including good fat. If you take two tablets with your meal and your meal does not have any fat, two things happen: you do not "save" any calories because FBCx only works on fat and second, you may experience minor intestinal discomfort.
To me, FBCx is a thinking person's weight reduction aid. You have to know what you are eating and take FBCx when it will be effective. It is not a "take two tablets three times a day" kind of weight control/reduction aid. It's effectiveness is directly related to your fat consumption.
If you have questions for me as an FBCx user, I will do my best to answer them. ( A caveat. I have no knowledge of what Dr. OZ says about the product, so I can't respond to that.)
