Installed this on an alpine ilx-f309. The USB port is loose and works only intermittently. I have tried multiple backed and made sure it is seated properly on the back of the head unit. Tried to get an exchange sent but seller unwilling to do so. They expect me to rip apart my dash, uninstall and put it back together. Then send the cable back and wait for a replacement only to have to rip apart the entire dash again to reinstall the new cable. Expected more from a reputable seller…..and disappointed with the product.

Definitely makes my center console setup much cleaner. New issue has come up. My phone will not charge fast and seems to drain while charging on this device. Anyone else have this issue?
