Style: 2 PackSize: Big Sheet Pan/21"x15"Verified Purchase

I only needed one so I gave one to my brother-in-law as he does a lot of grilling also. I wanted one that would not buckle when heated and the ones I got don't buckle. They are thick and I primarily use the sheet to barbecue baby back ribs. I put a rub on the ribs (2 or 3 racks) wrap them in heavy duty foil and put them on the baking sheet in the oven for 3 hours at 250 f. Then I take them out to my grill which is ready, unwrap the ribs, sauce them with homemade sauce and turn them constantly for another 2 hours on indirect heat until they fall off the bone. The baking sheets work great for what I use them for.

I bought these two baking sheets to be used in a non-traditional hobby application and to return several 40 year old baking sheets back to the kitchen. I was hesitant to purchase them but they are just great for what I need. Cleaning is not really a problem as I can sweep them clean easily in my application.

They are free from forming wrinkles or manufacturing defects and generally look good. The durability will be satisfactory, however the thickness of material is thinner than more expensive baking sheets. So if your use will be baking, know they are thinner. The size as described was accurate and I am pleased about that. They perform exactly as I need and are better than copy paper box lids or expensive baking sheets.
