Absorbs 12 hours of heavy heavy flow. It does a magical thing where the liquid gets soaked under the pad, so when you inevitably have to go to the restroom and put it 'back' on, it looks less 'full' than it actually is. If you press down, the liquid will come through. There's also no clammy cold feeling. Whatever this pad is made out of, it's not cotton. If you're a sticker to natural products, don't buy this. Buy this if you want to not worry about bleeding through your pads during heavy days, Buy this if you want a thinner pad but more absorption like a maxipad.

P.S. This was tested against the original Always pads. their "8 hour" pads last 6 hours for me. This one says "12 hours" and lasts 12 hours.

I think I received a fake product. It is sold by Amazon so that is quite surprising. I know the product and packaging since I’ve used always infinity for years now. I used to buy them from Costco and also bought them from Amazon so many times, the real product is 5 stars and highly recommended. But this one must be fake and so 1 Star. To start with, the packaging seems very cheap, you can see the pixels in the print and the pictures on the box. Then when you open the package it has a strong chemical smell. I thought it might be from the adhesives on the back and the wings so I tried a pad and it gave me a burning sensation in 5 minutes. So went to the trash and the whole package will be returned to Amazon.

I had been using the same "ultra thin" products since I was in high school (at which time they were revolutionary). However, Stayfree has recently redone their entire product line, and I hated the new versions. So on a whim I tried these. Oh my goodness. I wish I had found these the day they hit the market. I want to avoid getting too much into the details, but these are so much better in shape, in thickness (even thinner than "ultra thin," even after serious use), and in absorbency. I'm glad Stayfree changed their product line so that I would be motivated to try these ...

Here's what I know from the husbands view point. My wife, will not use another type. She wants to to pick up the flex foam. And I get it, if I had to wear something like this around me all night,I would want comfort and durability too.
This is what I can tell you.
She gets up less at night while using these, she actually seems less moody, oh and the biggest thing, she has been noticeably nicer to me when the monthly visit happen.
I cant say that's because of the pads, but I gotta wonder if it plays roll in it.
But the best part for me is, I dont have to run to he store for them anymore, (thank you Amazon).

I bought the 3 box set. So I should he good for a little bit.

Pretty sure we got fake ones

Gf asked me to order for her and she complained that it has a strong chemical smell, product is poorly manufactured and even asymmetrical (which is not what you'd expect from this well-established brand), and the holes in the pad looks like a joke. See the picture for what the pad looks like fresh out of the package.

this is hands down the best feminine hygiene product I've ever used. I've been using these for a few years now.
great coverage in both length and width - I have rarely if ever experienced leakage with these. super thin - no longer have to feel like you're wearing a sumo wrestler's diaper. highly absorbent - it's simply amazing just how much it holds.

I especially recommend this product to women seeking to reduce their tampon usage. with other pad brands, I required also using a tampon every day of my period. now, with the always infinity, I only use tampons on the heaviest day and even then usually only if I am leaving the house.

as others have stated, these probably aren't made of cotton, so if you are sensitive then these might not be the pads for you (or choose a smaller package to try before going all in with bulk). but otherwise these are excellent and I will continue buying them as long as they keep making them.
