A little tip for what works in my busy life: keep this journal somewhere that you are often sitting/waiting anyway. Like you busy moms, stick this in your glove compartment and while you are wait5ing on the kids to get out of school, just take it out and spend a few minutes on being present. Your kids will thank you!
