No, I have not finished reading this wonderful collection, nor will I ever be “done” with it. It is going to join other truly inspirational volumes in my permanent library for repeated referral and meditation. As it happens, the first section, titled “Trinity, Person, and Gender: Anthropological Foundations” will be an immediate supplement to a conference sponsored by Richard Rohr’s Center for Action and Contemplation which I am attending in April of this year. That conference is titled “Trinity: The Soul of Creation”. For that reason, this review offers only an excited and anticipatory “first impression”, and I reserve the prerogative to expand and develop it in much greater depth at a future time.
