Wheat meat (gluten) can provide a variety of tasty dishes that are easy to make and family-pleasing. There are directions for making gluten from flour and also a quick method of making it with VITAL GLUTEN flour. The seasons for the gluten are worth the price of the book! The chicken-like seasoning and the beef-like seasoning are favorites of mine. You can even use them to season soaked, ground wheat to make a veggie burger.
A valued resource in my kitchen. 5 stars.
