A must for any Mets fan, and anyone interested in baseball history. This book is as complete of a history of the New York Mets baseball franchise as I have ever seen in my life. It reads like a work of fiction, as some of the Amazin's greatest moments have seemed like. I would recommend this book to anyone sitting on the 7 heading for CitiField, or to the causal viewer watching on their TVs.

Good book but "New" copy looked shelf worn

I ordered this from my nephew's holiday wishlist. I was disappointed when it arrived because although it was advertised as in New condition, it was a bit shelf worn. I decided to keep it because the book was hard to find and the price was good, but I think the condition should not have been described as New.
