Ingredients

Active ingredient (in each extended-release tablet): Guaifenesin 600 mg. Inactive ingredients: carbomer homopolymer type B, FD&C blue #1 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate.

Directions

Directions: do not crush, chew, or break tablet; take with a full glass of water; this product can be administered without regard for the timing of meals; adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 or 2 tablets every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours; children under 12 years of age: do not use.

First time I've used Guaifenesin, and I can happily report that this really worked! Maybe not 100%, but I only used 1 pill (it says you can you use 1 or 2 within 12hrs) and I can finally breathe through my nose again. I'm really happy it states that you don't have to worry about eating beforehand or anything either. This is amazing for the price and for those wondering- the expiration is exactly 1 year away from when I purchased it, which is plenty of time for just 20 pills. These are fairly large (1.5cm long) uncoated pills though, so if you aren't great at taking pills then I would not suggest these.
