My dog loves this bed. Even though it’s states you should not wash it. I washed it and it came out great. However I did not put it in the dryer. I let it dry naturally. I really like the fact the bed warms up naturally. She is quite cozy in it.

My 1 y.o. Pom mix puppy loves his new bed. He usually sleeps on my bed with me, but I am temporarily sleeping in a hospital bed as I am recovering from 2 major joint replacement surgeries; so, he frequently kept tring to sleep on my legs, which made it uncomfortable for me. Despite my love 4 my little guy, I needed a solution that allows him to be on my bed, without being on my new joints. This bed fits beautifully at the foot of my bed, between the bottom of my deep mattress pad and the bed frame foot board. And, it gives my legs a respite, while providing my puppy with a snuggly bed that offers him the security of being surrounded by the sherpa-like sides that feel like being wrapped up in mommy's arms. In fact, he is sleeping in the bed right now, sawing ZZZs. What better solution could we ask for? Though I couldn't comment on durability yet, the bed looks well-made and able to hold up to the rigors of a puppy. I'll try to update when I can comment on durability after we have had it for awhile.

This bed is very nice. Sturdy,soft and keeps it shape after washing. Item says donors wash. I just washed the bed on delicate setting using cold water. I dried it in a low dryer , and it came out beautifully. I would buy again.

This pet bed is so unusually nice that I bought two - one for my dog's sleeping bed inside her crate, and one for her daytime napping and play area in the living room. She loves to leap from the pet bed to the sofa and back again, because this bed is unsquashably fluffy and bouncy. The construction is superior - tight seams and strong fabric and resilient stuffing.

But I have one disagreement with the manufacturer: The standard wash and care label says "Do Not Wash". Nonsense. Whoever could have a dog bed that cannot be washed? And so I have washed both, twice, and they wash and dry beautifully. I washed them in a front loader on warm, liquid detergent, medium wash for heavy load, and high for spin. Then I tumbled dry on low for a hour. They come out of the dryer looking even better than when they came out of the box.

I would never try to wash these beds in a standard center-pole agitator washer, however. Only a front loader which tumbles the wash. Highly recommended for dogs and cats. Sturdy, comfortable, and cuddly!

First, it didn't smell like others that were vacuum packed. It's quite thick & definitely soft. I bought this for a cat living outside. I created a box for her and out this in it. She loves it and so does the other 3 cats that crawl in with her. This bed would be great inside, not just for feral cats. Oh when she comes out to eat shes warm so I'd say it stands up to what it says.

This bed is well made, and super soft and fluffy. It was a huge hit with my 19 year old infirm kitty. When the beds arrived (I bought two), I placed her in one, and she immediately curled right up and fell asleep. She’s had a few accidents in it, but it’s washed up just fine. I have spot cleaned as well as full-cleaned. For the bad accidents, I’ve pre-cleaned with disinfectant spray and soap, then soaked in a tub; rinsing well and wringing out the water. Followed by washing it in the washing machine; a short tumble dry in the dryer; then air drying the rest of the way. In spite of the vigorous washing, so far it has held up very well and is still fluffy and soft. As stated above, I actually bought two of these beds at the same time, knowing my kitty has accidents at her age. I wanted to be able to rotate the beds, so she would have a clean and comfortable bed all the time. (If one bed became soiled, I could switch beds, and wash the dirty one in preparation for switching them again).. I am very happy with my purchase. Your beloved, small pets will love this bed too.
