I was originally annoyed by the high contrast very visible Amazon Basics logo and took off a star but changed that today after realizing it isn’t on both sides. I will just flip it so I don’t see the logo. Problem solved. It worked beautifully today drying tomatoes in the oven today for hours. Zero stick.

I have bought these in other brands and they didn't hold up. These do! You can wash them in the dish washer and after a year use mine barely have a mark on them. They can be used as a liner for a sheet pan to freeze stuff on before putting in freezer bags so it doesn't stick to the pan like prechopped veggies, which I do a lot of. So they can also withstand the cold very well!
