Finally remembered I had this stuff as I dug through a cabinet looking for something to put on two feral hog tenderloins I was putting on the grill. I had cut the tenderloin into medallions and used this Happy Belly stuff on one and Lawry's Seasoned Salt on the other. I was very careful not to overcook the pork and not to overdo any seasoning. Both flavors were great, the meat was tender and delicious with the Happy Belly giving some smoky sweetness and the Lawry's giving, well, whatever flavor that is. I'll be keeping the Happy Belly around just as the Lawry's is a staple item in my kitchen.
