Just looking at the beautiful red color, I was pleased. The most important quality was the sweet pepper flavor. This didn’t disappoint. I was amazed that this was a lot better in color and flavor than Szeged. I will purchase this again. It has become my preferred paprika and I am very particular about this spice.

I’m sure anybody buying the size of paprika already knows this but here we go. I tend to microwave my home fries the night before I use them it means that they’re already cooked and all you have to do is browned them up. I take the potatoes and cut them in proper sizes add some onion and green pepper and some butter and then put the paprika on so they get nice and brown. Also a trick years ago is if you’re cooking a turkey and you want it to look like a professional brown crusty turkey please put paprika on before you sliders into the oven I have to order the exterior and remove that bag from the inside rookie mistake I’m sure. But your turkey will end up looking golden browned and perfect. I hope these help don’t make fun of me these are my two favorite secrets happy cooking

It adds the pep I need for stews, dry rubs, sauces/gravies and even as a decorative garnish. This paprika stands up in quality and taste to to all of the other brands I have ever bought.
