The Solimo guards are not as wide at the top as the Tena guards I had been using, but are much longer and go further down between the legs - which means they put the absorbent material where you are more likely to need it. They also are somewhat thicker. I am very pleased with the Solimo product; I find it comfortable and that it does its job well. I will buy them again.

I have used all the brands on the market, and find these a 'wee' bit better than Depends Maximum or the other max brands of mail guards for incontinence.
My only complaint is why none of the manufacturers add an ODOR control to all of them

Dog Belly Bands

I bought these to put in our male dogs' belly bands. Sometimes they forget their manners since they were rescued as adults and not neutered until then. They work great! I like that there isn't all the elastic in the sides and they do not bother their bellies. I do wish they were a but thinner but they do the job. Super absorbent, have had no leak issued. Recommend using belly bands that are just flat material with velcro, not the padded elastic ones as they'd be too thick. I can't review for their actual purpose but if you're looking for band liners that actually hold a decent amount these are a great option!

This is my first attempt to buy something to deal with my occasional urge incontinence. These are designed to hold a lot of leaking, but they are very large and don't fit real well width-wise inside underwear briefs. They overlap the narrow underwear fabric in the crotch by about a half inch on each side and lengthwise cover an area from just below the waist in front to above the butt crack in back. I don't know why they are that long since the penis never even approaches the waist in normal use. I suppose it's to increase the volume of pee that can be held by the absorbent material. Other than that I guess they're okay. But these are overkill for my problem so I will not be reordering them.
