I'm planning to cancel it. I don't like the way they do business. If you don't pay your bill by 8pm on the due date, it is considered late. I think that is ridiculous! And they aren't quick to reverse the interest and penalty like my other credit cards.

The Chase division handling your cards are idiots! I only had card a short time and they have already ruined my credit! I paid first bill in full. They sent my check back. I called about it, guy said he would remove late charge and interest. I authorized full payment over the phone. I verified with him that only balance would be the new $11.00 small balance. He said yes. I immediately sent that payment electronically through my bank. The next week I got a call that I had paid nothing on this account since it was opened. I explained to woman and told her to send me a paper bill, I would pay by paper check for a record, and to immediately close the account as I wanted nothing further to do with them. I got a paper bill, they had again tacked on a bunch of interest and late charges, but paid in full and mailed to them that very day. I have a picture of bill and check where it was sent same day I got their bill in mail. I then received a call from another guy, I explained history, that it was paid in full and to never call me again. I then got 3 dunning letters this weekend. These people are incompetent idiots!

I applied for this dumb card because I was going to get some money off my purchase for applying. It's a SCAM!!!! I got no money off at all. SO IRRITATED!!!!

I applied for a card a few weeks ago and never even received a response? Whats up with that? A simple email acknowledging my application would suffice. Amazon whats going on with my app?

Easy and straight forward process. No nonsense. Makes shopping on amazon easier than it already is. I dont recall seeing something explicitly saying a card was being sent after I signed up so I wasn't quite sure but it did come within a week. Its possible I missed it so not a big deal either way.
