Comfortable chairs. Ordered for my waiting area at my business. Easy to put together, a few showed up with minor damage on the legs. The big issues with these chairs are the back rest of the chairs seem to click and make noise on some of the chairs. I am guessing something must of happened during the transportation where it was damage or during the manufacturing process. Either way its annoying and awkward for customers. I notice the customer that use those chairs seem to move after they realize the issue. Be careful if ordering a lot at a time because not all of them do it but out of the 12 I ordered about 3 do.

We’ve ended up buying four of these for a small office for lobby and side chairs. The overall visual effect is positive. It had been awhile since we had made any effort to modernize our aesthetics and these do help.
The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was these are pretty tough on people with big or tall issues as far as comfort goes. You don’t want to leave anybody in them for a terribly long time.
For the price, however, you should be conscientious enough to know you’re getting a side chair - not a plush recliner.

It did have a few blemishes upon arrival but if your the type of person who can over look minor flaws then it won’t bother you. Hope this helps !

My only complaint was a couple of threads were stripped so I couldn't install the screws, it was on the seat bottom so there was another thread I could use.

The product I found best fit option for my requirement. I was looking for a comfortable chair which I could use as study chair and as well relaxing enough to watch tv or sit and have a relaxed read.
The only issue I found was the finish quality. Typically Chinese product quality. The finish is shoddy and at places I have foam peeping out from sides of legs. After regular use the faux leather just disintegrates.
