I measured her pans, and this was one of the few sets that had sizes very close to the pans she buys. if you are starting from scratch, it might be worth buying pans that are only half-sheet and quarter-sheet. Those are standards, even though they are very loose standards. I see a lot of comments, that do not measure before buying. Then the comments say "it's smaller than it looks!". Keep a tape measure around for online purchasing.
The amazon basics set was $8.22 for the 3 sizes. essentially: half-size, quarter-size, and something random which happened to fit my wife's baking sheet. She liked them a lot, and had no issues with anything she put on them cooking differently than the parchment paper. She asked me to get some more at the largest size (half sheet), as cheap as possible since she only needs them a few times a year for big projects. I found some branded "COOK TIME" that were 3 half sheets for $9.99. She said these were just as good as the amazon basics and she did not have any problem with the quality of either set.
So today I went to reheat the onion rings. But I had a plan. First I popped them in the microwave to get them warm. Then I fired up our Toshiba toaster oven to 420 degrees. The smallest of these mats fit the toaster oven tray, so I put the onion rings in on top of the mat and left them in for five minutes. They got a nice crisp outside and weren't soft and rubbery the way my wife said they would be, and they tasted better than when we were served in the restaurant.
Mat was a quick cleanup with a soapy sponge and hot water and absolutely no mess inside of the toaster oven. I really like these mats.)
(Another update: Some peanut butter cookies fresh out of the oven - look a tiny bit overcooked, but I like a little crunch. The mats have been used a good two dozen times thus far and not a thing has stuck, even slightly. Although these cookies are best left to fully cool before moving. They have lots of moisture in them, and while they don't stick in the normal sense, that moisture can cause some adhesion that disappears when they cool.)
(Update: Just had buttermilk biscuits last night and I can't get over how things simply do not stick to these. I told my wife I think this is the end of spatulas for people like me. It is kind of fun just taking everything off with my fingers. Between her silicone pie mat and these I think she has a lot of her Christmas presents already wrapped up.)
My wife swears by her parchment paper, and you would think I had committed blasphemy when I told her I had purchased three sets of these. I was pretty nervous wondering what would happen. Thus far we have used them for cookies, scones, and sweet potato fries in the oven. Not even the slightest hint of something sticking. I can lift things off with my bare hands - immediately if I want to get burned.
They work perfectly, and her parchment paper has not left the pantry shelf since these arrived. And they are really easy to wash off. Light soap and hot water and they don't hold any water, so if you feel like imitating a dog you can shake the water off.
Have to admit I didn't think they would make it in a 425 degree oven, but they still look new. And now she wants to give them for Christmas gifts. Guess I got lucky this time.

In addition to its non stick properties, the mat is also highly resistant to heat, withstanding temperatures up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatility allows it to be utilized in a wide range of baking tasks with ease. The silicone material is also delightfully flexible, allowing me to remove my baked goods with ease and roll up the mat for convenient storage.
In conclusion, the non stick silicone baking mat has proven to be a superior tool in my kitchen and I would highly recommend it to any culinary enthusiast seeking a reliable and efficient baking companion. It has earned every one of its five stars.

**** BE SAFE ****
