    I usually use flat whisks because they are easier to clean than balloon whisks, and because I can easily scrape roasting pans of the drippings. I have not used balloon style whisks in many years…until the picture of this appeared on my screen at the price of just under 8.00. I could not resist.

    These are sturdy and with plenty of surface area creating wires in a nested pattern. The handle is similar in design to my Oxo flat whisk, which fits in the hand comfortably, while allowing free movement of the wrist/hand.

    The set comes in 3 sizes, 9”, 10” and 11.5”. The smallest one is perfect for whipping just a couple of eggs or stirring cornstarch into a sauce before heating it. The large one is great for whisking larger amounts for ingredients, such as for a frittata. The middle sized one is great for whisking sauces to get out any lumps.

    Overall, this is good quality at a great price. I recommend this whisk set of 3,

    Entgegen meiner Erwartungen ist es tatsächlich ein gutes Set? Ich habe mit nicht sonderlich qualitativen Küchenutensilien gerechnet, aber die Schneebesen haben einen sich sehr gut anfühlenden Griff, und der Schneebesen an sich fühlt sich auch hochwertig an. Ich bin tatsächlich positiv überrascht und empfehle sie wärmstens weiter.
