Honestly, I prefer this type of cheese grater than the cube type, because of the control.

I use this cheese grater to save me oney when buying cheese from the store and instead of getting premade shredded cheese, this is a lot easier.

When you buy $10 pound bricks of Cabot Cheese, and have this cheese grater, it is great!

It is easy to clean and use. I use it two-three times a day.

Have been using this mostly for grating cheeses. It's been working nicely.

When cleaning it I just use a sponge in the opposite direction that would grate the sponge and it cleans easily.

Holding the tool is fairly comfortable, the only time I've had difficulty was with a very large object that needed grating which wasn't this tools fault.

I finally decided to purchased a zester after many years of trying to get the lemon zest from a cheese grater. Wow, what a difference it makes. It does such a good job and gives me finely grated zest in seconds. I just rinse it off and I'm done. I love it.

I've never heard of a zester before let a long used one. I like it, gets the job done. I just don;t under stand why it's like 13 inches long. I thought it would be the size of a potato peeler, I wasn't expecting something the length of my arm.

Die Handreibe mit Edelstahl-Reibefläche von AmazonBasics kommt gut verpackt zu Hause an. Die Reibefläche selbst ist nochmal mit einem Kunststoffteil gesichert. Der Griff ist angenehm weich und sehr griffig. Er ist in graugrün gehalten.

Die Verarbeitung ist einwandfrei. Die Handreibe verbiegt sich bei der Benutzung nicht, auch wenn man hier Kraft anwendet, ist schön lang, sodass sie gut über einer Schüssel beispielsweise liegt und dank dem gummierten Endstück liegt sie auch rutschfest auf Schüssel und Co. auf.

Mit der Reibe habe ich sehr harten bzw. alten Parmesan gerieben, damit hatte sie überhaupt keine Probleme und das Reibeergebnis war einwandfrei. Ohne viel Kraftanstrengung war hier in kürzester Zeit ein gutes Stück Parmesan gerieben. Aber auch für weichere Lebensmittel, wie beispielsweise Apfel ist sie prima geeignet. Dieser wird ebenfalls schön fein gerieben und vermatscht nicht.

Hier erhält man für kleines Geld wirklich eine tolle, handliche und scharfe Reibe.

Una bella grattugia in acciaio inox, lunga 39cm circa e stretta 4cm, della linea Amazon basic, che segue la linea di altri accessori con manico grigio con inserto in verde.

Disponibile in 3 versioni, differiscono tra loro per i fori, normali, larghi ed extra larghi, quindi attenzione al prodotto che ordinate. Io ho preso quella con i fori larghi.

Arriva come per tutti i prodotti Amazon basic della stessa linea, in un imballaggio di cartone senza fronzoli, ma robusto e ben ferma all'interno.

Al tatto subito si percepisce la qualità costruttiva della grattugia, il manico antiscivolo in plastica rigida è piacevole al tatto, ben saldato alla struttura restituisce morbidezza e solidità.
Un piedino posto all'estremità opposta del manico, leggermente curvato, permette alla grattugia di non poggiare completamente sul piano, garantendo igiene e maneggevolezza d'uso

Le lame sono molto affilate, infatti ho apprezzato molto il copri lama, utilissimo quando riposiamo l'utensile nel cassetto.
La trovo perfetta per grattugiare la buccia del limone, arance, noce moscata, ma anche carote, cipolle, barrette di cioccolata ecc ecc
Il manico con foro permette anche di essere appesa.

L'esperienza d'uso è super positiva in quanto si lava facilmente, basta passarla sotto il rubinetto per togliere eventuali residui, e aspetto importantissimo per me è che la spugnetta non si grattugia, avendo cura ovviamente di seguire il lato non tagliente della lama.

⭐ Conclusioni
Ormai Amazon basic ci ha abituati a prodotti di qualità a basso costo 11,68€ che li trovo assolutamente concorrenziali.
Un ottimo strumento che mi è piaciuto, di qualità, maneggevole e facile da pulire molto utile in cucina. Approvato

Die Handreibe ist mit ca. 40cm inkl. Griff erstaunlich lang. Und dabei dennoch super praktisch und gut handhabbar. Die Reibe besteht aus Edelstahl und rutschhemmendem Silikon an Griff und gegenüberliegender Ablageschlaufe. Das Metall ist sauber verarbeitet, die Kanten sind schön entgratet und die Oberfläche glatt und frei von Kratzern. Das Silikon steht dem in nichts nach. Und vor allem, die Reibe ist auch scharf.

Da die Reibe aus Edelstahl ist, kann diese ohne Sorgen in der Geschirrspülmaschine gereinigt werden. Lediglich das Silikon ist bei uns dadurch etwas angelaufen. Die Reibe eignet sich gut zum Reiben von Parmesan oder zum Reiben von Kartoffeln für Rösti. Bei Nichtgebrauch kann die Reibe mit der mitgelieferten Abdeckung sicher aufbewahrt werden. Kleinen Abzug gibt es für die leicht schiefe Ausfertigung unseres Exemplars. Die Herstellung erfolgt ein China.

In Summe eine gute und wertige Küchenreibe.

Fa un bel figurone se portata in tavola ed è di una praticità unica se usata in cucina per grattugiare il formaggio sui nostri piatti preferiti, questa lunga grattugia dai fori larghi merita senz'altro le mie cinque stelle.

L'impugnatura è antiscivolo come anche il piedino posto all'altra estremità, utilissimo per poggiarla in modo saldo ed igienico sul tavolo.

Provata anche con il limone, ne grattugia perfettamente la scorza senza il minimo sforzo.

Facilissima da lavare, durante la pulizia non trattiene residui nei fori (visto che sono belli larghi) e soprattutto non strappa la spugna.

Un foro presente nel manico permette di conservarla ad un gancio eventualmente posizionato in cucina.

Inclusa nella confezione vi è una custodia in plastica da mettere sulla parte forata, una piccola ma intelligente precauzione per evitare contatti accidentali.

Concludendo consiglio l'acquisto di questo prodotto e spero che questa recensione sia stata utile :)
