This has to be one of the stupidest thought out propaganda pieces I've ever personally witnessed. There's one section that claims there's a greater decline in men "in the workforce" than women, and decides to have a graph proving it. Unfortunately the graph starts in 1950, for whatever reason, when only the last 20 years are relevant. Further more, it NEVER explains why its such a problem to have a less men in the workforce.
Overall it seems to invent more problems than actually exist, and then mostly complain about those problems rather than actually explain a solution. Hell, even the few legitimate problems that are brought up don't get any sort of solution.
Book is bad, don't waste the paper
