Editorial Reviews

Review

"Excellent overview of key concepts that establish a political literacy necessary for students to understand American and Texas Politics."

"The get involved exercises are exactly the type of thing I want my students to experience. Students benefit greatly when the information they receive is relevant to their real lives."

"... but in Schmidt the authors bring Texas-relevant material to the student and that makes it a much more effective textbook."

Format: Loose Leaf
Book was everything it said it would be, except it didn't mention it would be in a binder format. I don't mind that though because it means you only have to bring the section of the book you will be using that day instead of a 10 pound hardcover book!

The shipping was very slow, but I did choose the cheapest way.

:) enjoy college!

I had to get this book for one of my classes. It came 5 days after ordering and the whole book was unbound. I have not used the book yet SO this rating is on the fact that AMAZON did not specify that that was unbound and loose. Would it have stopped me from purchasing this product.... YES!
