    This book is an Amazon On Demand printing of the findings of an 1895 historically important research. Sadly, when I received the book, pages 410 to 576 of the original (per the Table of Contents) were missing. I informed Amazon and they promised to correct the deficiency and send me at no charge the complete book. When I received the second book, it was exactly the same as the first, i.e., missing the same pages.

    I have found the hardbound and softbound editions to be incomplete; however, the Kindle E-book edition is the complete work!

    This book appears to be copied in part and printed in other. Some pages are skewed because of the poor copying. Simon Wolf's work is far too important to be treated wtih such disrespect.
