Love These, but Didn't Use For Baking
I'm a homemade pizza person, especially now after prices have soared on delivery & frozen pizza. I spent part of my 20s slinging gourmet pies at a local place & these pans def brought back the memories.I like to prep & make pizza to refrigerate and then bake later that night/the next day or to take over to my family's house ready to go. I bought these 9" pans to place the mini pre-made crusts on. After the pizzas are assembled, I cover each one with wax paper and elastic round covers, then stack & store in the fridge. Didn't take up much space either doing that. I bake my pizza on a stone for the perfect crispy crust & these pizzas didn't stick to the pans at all when transferring them onto the stone. No idea how the pan performs in the oven. After baking the pies, I decided to use one of these for a plate just like they do at pizzerias. They do have stickers on the back that are hard to get off, but they will mostly peel off if you go slow. I used Goo Gone for what didn't come off. Mine also had the fingerprints on them which I got off with a Brillo pad. You can use Brillo, but scrub gently or it will def scratch. These are restaurant grade aluminum pans & if you've worked in kitchens before, you'll know what that means. They might not look pretty after some use in the oven, but they'll hold up great & last forever. These are such a reasonable price & suited my needs perfectly. 🍕😍

I didn't want to spend big bucks on a pizza stone so this was an easy and affordable option. The pizza came out quick and delicious

My husband has always used a stone to cook his pizza, we got this pan and he absolutely loves it. So much lighter and easier than the stone and he says it cooks his crust to perfection.

As some reviewers mentioned: yes, it did come out of the plastic bag with fingerprints on it. Yes, it had an annoyingly stubborn sticker on the back which says "Made in India". And yes, it scratches if you look at it.
BUT, what do you really expect for FOUR DOLLARS, about the price of a roll of aluminum foil? Do you think you could get it this cheap if it was made in the USA? It's made, I imagine, by some horribly underpaid workers in India by a company who'd rather pay the workers what they can than spend extra outfitting the packagers in gloves to prevent fingerprints. A little Dawn on a plastic scrub pad removed the prints easily, a little GooGone took the adhesive residue from the sticker off without a trace, and the scratches? Aluminum is a soft metal. A similar aluminum pan I have had for some time has no sheen left, and you can tell where every slice had been cut with a pizza cutter. Guess what?: it still works great.
It's bare, uncoated aluminum, for crying out loud. If you put it in a dishwasher and heat it to high temperatures while covering it chemicals (dishwasher pods, etc ), it's gonna discolor. Wash it by hand. Takes less than a minute
I'm not spending more in gas to return it than I paid for it when it functions JUST FINE. It is surprisingly sturdy, with a nicely done ridge around the perimeter adding bend-resitance.
Check out the cookware in a professional kitchen (I've worked in many over twenty-five years). All beat-to-death and ugly, and all working JUST FINE.
This pan is worth it Even the eighteen dollar pans on Amazon share the same complaints.

I've been looking to replace an ancient, warped pizza pan I've had since early college days (don't even ask me how many decades)....a serviceable old workhorse, discolored, dinged, but worst of all, banged up unevenly so that it no longer lies flat on the oven rack. First try was a pricey Oxo pizza pan--a lovely pan, easy to clean, but requiring 5 minutes or more extra to cook the same pizza. So next I decided to try this one for just a few bucks. I didn't notice the gross fingerprints many others noted on the pan. It seemed simple and decent. It cooked the pizza pretty well in the usual time, but big chunks of crust stuck to the pan during serving (baked on tight). NOT easy to clean. I'm soaking the pan now. So, this one feels like another fail. Maybe I can try one more time and spray the pan with Pam first or something. I dunno. I really wish I could just find a decent pan like the old one. This one isn't it.

My initial impression? I was worried that it was less sturdy than I was hoping for. After washing and using it? My worries were allayed. Strong and sufficiently level (flat). Works well and the 500°F piping hot pizza had cooled enough to be edible within a just a few very short minutes.
Now, if only they could make pizza stones 16 in. x 22 in. (or 11 in. and I can place two side-by-side). Oh, sorry. The only problem you may have with this 20 in. pizza pan, is washing it in a small kitchen sink or, finding a place to store it.

All of the frozen pizzas I purchase are 12" in diameter. I purchased a 14" pan and am glad I did. Plenty of room. This pan could easily take a 13" pizza.

Recommendation: Buy a pan 1-2" larger than your favorite frozen pizza.

Great Pizza pan, it feels to me as it is the same gauge and quality as the pizza pans are used when I worked in college at a pizzeria.

The 14 inch sized hands that we ordered fit perfectly in our smaller barbecue, and they are a true 14 inch size. Easily takes a standard 14 inch frozen pizza with a few inches to spare on the rim, so if you were to fill it up with homemade crust you would be closer to a 15-1/2" pizza..

What else can you say about a round aluminium pizza pan... It does what it is intended for.. Cooking and transporting pizza to and from the heat source..

Also doubles really well a an impromptu stock pot lid or silver metal frisbee .
