'America's Next Top Model' is the official video game of the hugely popular US TV series. You take control of one of 10 aspiring models that compete in a variety of different categories including: 'Make Up', 'Fashion', 'Catwalk' and 'Photoshoot'. Following the same successful formula as the TV series, one model is dismissed each week following a special challenge; just make sure it's not you! Choose your outfits in a variety of ways to live out the model lifestyle; be it striking a pose for a photographer, keeping your walk timed perfectly on the catwalk, or making sure your make-up is a match for the occasion. Talk to the other models in the apartment and get tips from your coach to help your performance during the week, then test your knowledge of the fashion industry in front of the panel each week to secure your place in the next round.

Americ's Next Top Model is the official video game of the hugely popular TV series. Take on the role of
one of ten contestants aspiring to be the next big supermodel. Based on the same formula as the TV series, one model is dismissed each week following a special challenge - just make sure it’s not you!

To succeed, the player must convince a very critical jury at various events such as catwalk shows, photo shoots, etc… There are also interactive story elements, which depend on the relationships with the other contestants, boyfriends, admirers and jurors. Will you play the Sweetheart and be everyone's best friend? Or will you claw your way to the top through catfights and cunning? Choose the path to your destiny as America's Next Top Model.

Huge 3D open world environment including the model mansion, seaside town and giant outdoor shopping plaza
4 playable models with 13 different fashion styles including 60s, 70s, romantic and underground
Choose your behavior to affect the outcome of the game. Be catty or nice - it’s up to you!
Fitness: Use the Stylus to perform gymnastics, do cardio and spinning
Hair and Make-up: Change your hair style, color and highlight color. Also, put on your powder, eye shadow, lipstick, contact lenses etc. and customize the color of each with the color palette.
Runway: Walk down the runway and move the stylus to follow the circle on the path on the touch screen.
Cat Fight: Occasionally, you may get into a fight with another model. Push them or pull their hair....do whatever it takes to stop the other model!
Photo Shoot: Once a week a photo shoot takes place. Take the correct pose as the model and then take on the role of the photographer and align the camera.
Shopping: Spend your daily allowance on tons of different clothes.
Styling: Change your clothes the way you see fit. There are tons of different combinations to try!

Lots of "Empty Space"

I gave this game two stars because I made it all the way through the game. The bad thing is, the game seems to be quantity instead of quality.

When I say that there is a lot of "empty space", I mean that there are many intricate graphics but hardly any interaction. For example, your avatar might have to walk 500 yards to get to the dress shop. That's it. Nothing along the way - just hold the analog stick down to get to where you want to go.

There could have been so much potential in this game. You don't get to create your own avatar, the voice acting is simply atrocious, and there is no big finale.

On top of that, there are no characters from the show on here.

Alright, time for some SPOILER ALERTS:

THERE ARE NONE. THERE IS NO FINALE. YOUR BOYFRIEND IN THE GAME IS ANNOYING. THE VOICE ACTING IS CHEAP - ONE WOMAN IS THE VOICE OF ABOUT FIVE CHARACTERS IN THE GAME.

I kept playing thinking, "Oh, yeah, it'll definitely get better!" But no. If you are not a patient person and if you ultimately don't want to get let down, then don't get this.

It's really fun, and it feels so real with the 3D world and relationships with the models... But there are some problems in authenticity. One, in the elimination, you are always in the bottom two, despite your ranking in that round. Two, it gets boring after one competition. All in all, this is a great experience for a one-time play, and it is the best reality TV game out there by far.

First of all to the bad reviews, I think these people are only upset because it IS NOT the america's next top model that you see on tv. sure there is no tv or mrs and mr jay or anyone normal but it is still models getting fit, eating, and battling with eachother to to win. each week your names get called and someone gets eliminated. the game is really fun. you can go shopping, get in fights, actually trip on the catwalk/runway if u mess up, and its very realistic as far as what you can do. everyday your model has to eat and workout and dress differently. u can do her hair and it is very fun. even challenging at some points because u have to find people around the villa and it gets hard. BUT i love it. Even if you are expecting Tyra and everyone else this game still has the same concept. And the model is easy to control with the nunchuck. I personally love it and there are people everywhere to talk to. FYI, im 19 :)

I published this and had to come back and place some pros and cons. (may repeat from above)

You can fight physically.
Make friends or enemies
There is endless number of people to talk to
So many different clothes to buy and you gain money fast (eventually)
She actually walks like a model
On the catwalk, it's realistic. You walk down and up and can trip or stumble
You can always do your hair/makeup over again
You can eat free int he kitchen which does or doesn't take away from your fitness (choices)
Borrow clothes from other models.

CONS
She walks slow, and runs slow too
Wont run when low on food, energy
Voice is annoying (nancy drew)
No where to really go except the city and house
Working out is hard; I still cant figure out the controls. You have to keep shaking the controllers.
You get hungry after doing pretty much anything. Sleeping, walking, hair, makeup, etc. So you have to stay int he gym and kitchen

OVERALL IT'S A GREAT GAME

As soon as it came in the mail my daughter opened it to play. I thought how much fun could you have with a game that just walks around and changes clothes.to my surprise we played the game for 8 hours straight. Then we played another two days. It gives you a great sense of how different clothes look together. Also it helps you learn how to schedule your time. I think this game is great for young girls between the age of 9 - 15. The product was in great shape when I received it, and in it's original case. Thanks
