I bought this wagon six or seven years ago when I first bought my home. I used it to landscape my backyard--sand, sod, pine bark, compost, plants, you name it. Last week the wheel fell off. I logged on to buy another one and saw that the cart had a lifetime warranty. I found the Ames website, got the customer service number and called. I told them my wheel fell off and the front had been duct-taped for years. The person on the line spoke English, and he was polite and helpful. He asked me a few basic questions, and then asked for my address so he could have a new unit shipped to me. I am actually shocked that there is a company that honors its warranty. I strongly suggest this wagon and this company.

Addendum

My cart actually arrived today.

I just picked one of these up at Home Depot for $37, and that's their regular price! Don't pay over $100 for this, as it is here. It is a very nice cart, though -- quite stable and handy, although the wheels are somewhat cheap looking (hard plastic, not rubber). I don't think the wheels are a real drawback, though...they get the job done.

I needed something to help me move the heavy sand here in Florida, landscaping our new home. In addition, I came to depend on it to move just about anything else...plants, pots, etc. At one point, a wheel broke. I called Ames and they sent a new wheel immediately. After two years of almost daily use, moving and dumping heavy sand did the mover in....the front cracked. Repairs just didn't work. When researching for a replacement, I noticed that the Ames Mover had a lifetime warranty! I mada a call to Ames and was sent a new Mover. The phone call was about three minutes long...Ames was great. All they wanted to know was my address. I would recomend this product for the warranty feature alone.

My wife and I are 76 and 77 years old and spend a lot of time in are yard and garden. My wife is small five feet one and 130 lbs. These carts are easy for her to use and easy for me to dump. We bought our first one between 10 and 15 years ago and another about 8 years ago. They are in use constantly, mostly for yard debris, bark dust, compost, mulch etc. Four years ago I cracked the front section of the oldest easy roller garden cart, dumping compost into a raised bed. I repaired the damaged front end as best I could with duct tape and kept using it until this year when It finally became to weak to function.

We looked at Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears, Ace, and all of our local dealers....and found no carts comparable to our Ame's Easy Roller. We went to Amazon and found the a new cart at over $95. We had paid $30 to $35 for our carts years ago. We looked at Reviews and noticed some folks referred to the lifetime warranty. We contacted Ame's sent them pictures of our 15 year old cart and they are sending us a new one, no charge! Very few companies these days have this kind of customer service and pride in their products.....Thank You Ame's and Trina Poole.

I am 5'3," 65 years old, and am using this wheel barrow to muck out a horse stall. I've tried other wheelbarrows, but this one is a good height and weight for me. It rolls nicely with its 4 wheels. It is steady and only turns over when I want it to! It is well balanced. Anyone who has mucked out a stall knows that, once you dump a wheel barrow's contents, you want the wheel barrow to be completely empty once it is upright again. I have no trouble emptying this one completely and returning it to its upright position. Another nice feature of this wheel barrow is its front lip. It is slanted at bit toward the front center. This makes it harder to catch the lip on corners when maneuvering around gates and barn doors.

I needed a cart to haul away gravel from my old tar and gravel roof that I was stripping off. Gravel is very heavy, with each load half-way filled up easily being over a hundred pounds. I wasn't sure what type of cart to get, but knew I wanted four wheels and not having steel would be nice for long term longevity against rust. I was able to find the Ames cart at a local major home improvement store. The Ames cart is very lightweight when empty, which makes it a breeze to maneuver around. When loaded with the gravel, it was strong never once getting damaged. Roofing project is well over now and since then I've used this cart all the time to haul bags of rubbish to bringing in cases of soda from the car! Only downside are the wheels being pure plastic. This makes rolling resistance harsh and noisy on paved surfaces. Would be better if it had pneumatic wheels. But as I mentioned, the plastic wheels were plenty strong.

Bot this as a replacement for my identical more than 10 year old work horse. It costs now about twice as much as as it cost then, but it is a very versatile tool. I used it over the years to make concrete in it, to carry yard tools and dirt and gravel and mulch and twigs and leaves and what not.
The plastic wheels give way after a while, but they can be replaced. I believe that the original front wheels lasted me only about 3-4 years, but I replaced them with a pair of metal ones which are still ok, but the body started to give way. I used this with heavy loads over rough terrain. Of course, I was careful with it, but that does not mean that I did not stress it a lot. It held up pretty well given its apparent build and by having 4 wheels rather than 1 it makes it possible for people with frail backs like myself to use it. I saw a better, professional version with 2 large wheels, but that was at about 3 times the price of this.
