First try and peel as much of the sticker off. Second, soak in hot water for about ten minutes. If all the residue does not come off, you can remove it with vegetable oil.
Another household item most people have in addition to vegetable oil, is rubbing alcohol. Usually if vegetable oil does not remove it, rubbing alcohol will.
Fairly durable but still light in the hand. Very pretty. Perfect size for people looking for something normal sized ... but it won't fit your BigGulp. I don't even think that the whole set would fit a BigGulp! But if you're into normal portions you should be fine.
They arrived in great condition too!
The only thing is that there is a little bend at the bottom of the glass that can be tricky to clean. But that's the design and hardly a reason not to buy!
The glasses have a slightly whimsical quality to them that I could see as appealing to both kids and adults. They're fun, but not juvenile. Kind of rustic, yet still clean/neat-looking and not hokey. The proportions of the glass (~2"-diameter base, 3"-diameter rim, 5" tall) give it a nice shape, and make them easy to hold. For those who care, there are two seams running down each side of the glass - I think seams are generally present on glassware that isn't hand-blown though. "Italy" is embossed on the bottom of the glasses.
Glasses feel substantial, but not heavy or clunky; well-balanced and feel nice in the hand.
I did notice, like another reviewer, that the cows on some of my glasses were not as clearly defined as the others. Fortunately, mine still have enough definition that they still look cow-like and most people probably wouldn't even notice.
Stickers on the bottom were quite sticky, but I was able to remove most in one shot with very little residue remaining by pulling them off painstakingly sloooooowly and gently. Peanut butter worked well on the glasses with remaining residue (spread thin layer over surface, let sit for a while, wash with soap and warm water).
