His writing style is very laid back and easy to read, yet his questions and end of the chapter exercises are easy to understand, but incredibly probing to produce the best answer for you and your company. Each chapter builds on the last so that by the time you reach the end of the book you're educated, more confident in your decisions and have a better understanding of the all important "plan of action."
