This book is great for someone looking to improve their life. It includes everything from food to mindset to eliminating toxins. After having multiple health issues, I’ve realized I need to take better care of myself and this book covers it all. I’ve learned so much from this book and I love all of the great tips and charts - it makes for an easy read. Highly recommend!
