It's been 3 weeks and haven't taken 3 caps/day and I feel way less stiffness and soreness
in shoulders and knees. I twist open the capsule and add it to coffee. Getting ready to take
a 3/day regimen. So far, 2/day. 10 types of Collagen and 8 are from bovine sources. I'm 72 yrs. old
and still strenghth train regularly. I use whey protein also and along with Multi Collagen
protein advanced(muscle) I'm feeling looser and more flexible. We are 30% Collagen. Good stuff!!!!
