This is a super cool collagen powder formula; Ancient Blends adds extra ingredients to their collagen to support your liver health and reduce bloating! The 11 grams of collagen proteins are sourced from grassfed bovine, hydrolyzed fish peptides, fermented eggshell membranes and even spirulina. This is a strong variety of collagen peptides to help ignite hair and nail growth and improve skin health.
Ancient Blends also adds some milk thistle seed for liver health as well as Burdock root and dandelion root to reduce occasional bloating. The collagen powder even contains a probiotic! I have never come across such a comprehensive collagen powder that’s aimed at boosting overall health.
One scoop of this powder dissolves instantly in hot coffee or tea with vigorous stirring and is totally tasteless. Cold drinks may require longer blending. Ancient Blends multi collagen is a mega score health supplement in my opinion!
