We've eaten this produce for years. It's a staple in our home. It's THE ONLY wheat free spaghetti that cooks like good Italian pasta. It is healthier than traditional wheat pasta because the quinoa gives it a higher protein content, less carbs and it is organic, so you're not getting exposed to GMO wheat (all modern wheat) or the chemical used to farm it.
Like most rice pasta it doesn't store well, so it is not good for a pasta salad that you would keep in the fridge. . It will turn hard in the fridge unless you store it in sauce. This doesn't matter though. It tastes so good that you'll eat the whole box every time.
