My mother and I do the program together. I am 26 with back problems and my mom is 50 with rheumatoid arthritis. She 1s been going to physical therapy and was impressed with the exercises which were very similar to what she learned in PT --Jami T, marketing specialist
This is an excellent CD for beginners but it s also a good choice for intermediate students looking for a gentle experience that focuses on breath and sensation. Just enough information and imagery is interjected to provide context for the postures. Directions are clear and concise without being dry. Angelena continually draws the attention back to alignment and awareness and offers alternatives to the more difficult positions. She ends the class with a Savasana experience that leaves you feeling like a contented wet noodle. --Kripalu Yoga Teachers Associations Newsletter

For anyone who needs the help of a chair to do yoga this is a good pick. Most chair yoga videos I've seen lose a lot of the tradition of yoga, but Angelena keeps that tradition alive. What a great balance of work. Nothing was left out. I would love to attend a live class with Angelena.
If you're looking for the best of the best, this should be your pick.
