FINALLY a VECTOR CLIP ART SERIES!! I was compelled to buy this book due to the layout - it's Fantastic! It's about time they arrange the clip art in more than just a grid. However, upon closer inspection the actual catalog content available isn't really very interesting. I returned this book as it's not worth the $35 ... in my opinion you are better off getting any clip art floral book with cd accompaniment and simply CONVERT to vector yourself. Until they actually get some new art then repackaging the old in Vector format with a sweet layout won't really cut it for me.

This was very disapointing. I was expecting more common beautiful angel art images thats most popularly known. This collection of full color prints are midevael type, sad, brutal pictures. Alot of the book is filled in with woodcut style clip art pictures of angels. There is nothing happy about angels in this book (maybe 2 pictures at the most). I'm glad I didn't pay full price from Dover Publications. In the past I have been disapointed with Dover books. In thier catalogs they show the best picture that's in the book and won't let your review much at all about the other content. Then when you get the book it's mostly filled with junk pictures that you can't use. I was hoping this book was different seeing it was a new release.

I am a graphic designer and love to have these books on hand- they are great for personal projects and the copyright allows you to use them in professional projects as well (you'll want to review all the terms first to be sure you do it right) the vectors were good quality and easy to use. You do need a vector program (like Adobe Illustrator) to use these.
