This book quotes "buddhism sayings" many times but I still give this a 5 star because it doesn't push the religion but explains what is behind ANGER. It's surprising to learn that even the most selfless person you know is angry too..
As you read on, expect flashes of images of your family, friends, colleagues to come to mind. It helps you to understand yourself better too when you react to certain situations. Personally, I was encouraged to be more positive & think twice whenever I'm provoked to get angry.
Not to elaborate much, I recommend this a great read.
I finished reading in 7 days, not 30.
