As a double certified Anger Management practitioner, this, (written by a friend of mine who's more organized than am I), has been immensely useful for me to utilize in my practice.
Many of my clients are court-ordered and being able to give them practice forms is so very helpful to them.
THANK YOU, Anita!
but I really liked this one because it kept my interest and it kept me coming back to it. So it became my resource guide.
