Top Customer Reviews
In the end the book was put away because it tended to evoke anger rather than help calm it.
The section, "Things People Do Instead of Being Angry" is quite illuminating. Dr. Puff also goes into some of the negative relationship choices that people make when they haven't worked through their underlying emotions. This is important to look at as well since one can connect to others for the wrong reasons and stay stuck in the past.
