So happy to find this larger-sized bottle of Angostura bitters - we were unable to find it in our local stores. The larger bottle saves a bit of money versus buying many smaller bottles.

If you don't use a lot of Ang bitters and end up with this big bottle - I recommend you trying the Trinidad Sour - there are a few recipes around, but the main ingredient should be the Angostura bitters.

Try this one:
1.5 oz Angostura bitters
1 oz Orgeat (also available on Amazon)
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz rye whiskey (or any whiskey you have on hand)

You'll be amazed at how great Angostura bitters are when they are the star player!
