I came to the conclusion we have done with anger what the Victorians did with sex, we don't acknowledge it and we don't talk about it. If we do talk about anger, it is always in a negative, judgmental way. Even though he writes from a Christian perspective, what the reader will learn is of value regardless of their spiritual perspective. It's a great read and affirms the value of anger in the human condition.
I am not a fast reader, but I read this book in a little over 1 day. I couldn't put it down.
