I bought this bra about 6 mos. ago, so I've lived in it for awhile. I've had quite a few nursing bras, as this is child #4, and this is one of my two very favorites. The other favorite, also an Anita, is #5041. I'm full chested and require underwire and firm support. This bra has some stretch, just enough to be comfortable, but not enough to let you sag at all. It's very supportive, very comfortable, the snap-style is easy to use when nursing, and this bra (I got black) is not grandma-ish. It helps the chest to stay toward the front, not out to the sides toward your arms (which I hate!). There is no front seam, so this is a great bra for fitted shirts. I can also say that while some bras' bands tend to stretch out rapidly, causing them not to fit properly, this one has not. There has been just the slightest loss of tightness in the band (almost imperceptible). The straps stretcha little for comfort, but do NOT cause support-performance loss, like some stretch straps can. To me, this bra is expensive, but it is soooo worth it. I would buy again & again. The only thing: the Anita 5041 has the reminder slide on the front to help you keep track of which side you nurse on and I wish it were on this bra. I can no longer wear the 5041 after losing my baby weight b/c they don't make it in my hard-to-find size - a 36H. It's so hard to find bras when you are thin but have a larger chest. Thanks Anita for making this bra!

This is the perfect nursing bra for a person with a small frame and large breasts. I am a 32G and definitely need underwire support while breastfeeding. This bra provides excellent support while allowing me to look and feel sexy in whatever I choose to wear.

This bra is expensive (supportive bras in a 32g always are), but you only need 1 or 2. The microfiber dries quickly, so I hand wash before bed and it is dry in the morning.

Cup sizes ran small for me. I normally wear a 32G, but a 32H fit me better.

I bought this nursing bra based on the good reviews it received, but I'm returning it. I feel that I must warn others about it. While I'm sure everything people say about the fit and such is true, the cups of this bra are VERY thin. I mean, literally no padding, only one thin layer of material. The whole bra is made out of spanx-like material, and the cups are no different. I didn't have it on long enough to comment on anything else because I know there's no way I'm going to wear something that's so thin. Nursing pads will show. Nipples will show (even without being just-nursed on, which makes them huge!). Be warned that the lightly lined cups means no lining, one layer of super thin material.

This bra is very thin and not very supportive at all. I knew immediately after putting it on that it wouldn't be supportive enough so I returned it. I wear a 34G right now and I definitely need support! I would recommend the Elomi Seamless Underwire Nursing Bra Style 3912. That bra ROCKS at keeping "the sisters" up where they should be. :)

I hated the idea of spending so much on a bra, but finally decided to pull the trigger because a good nursing bra can really improve the quality of you life, you know?

I was pretty disappointed in it when it arrived.

    My problems

    1) The material is super, super thin. This will not (sorry, TMI) hide your big ole nursing nipples, nor will is provide any back-up if you leak unexpectedly (later on) or forget a breast pad (in early days).

    2) I searched high and low for a 36F. Hard to find. THIS ISN'T ONE. On the box it said, "Designed to fit size 36 C through G." Which is rediculous.

It was too expensive for me to keep with these problems so I sent it back. I was impressed with Amazon's return.

I have a hard time finding bras that accommodate a small band size but large cup size normally and it's no different with nursing bras. After reading reviews and articles, I ordered one of these. It fits pretty well and fabric of the cups adjust along with your breasts as you nurse throughout the day. I actually bought this and wore it during the last few months of my pregnancy and it was perfect. The straps are pretty substantial and supportive and they don't stretch out easily. The clasp on the cups are pretty easy to use, even one handed. The underwire was not uncomfortable at all, I've even slept in it and I had no problems. IT's not the cutest bra out there, but just finding one that met my criteria was huge, so it's okay. Just a note on the fabric of the cups - it is THIN, so if you don't want thin fabric or want something to cover up a little more, this might not work for you. I normally like padding, but I find that when I'm wearing nursing pads, you can't really see a whole lot. I am usually wearing a few layers (camisole and shirt or cardigan, sweater, etc.) and that helps with modesty as well as nursing in public.

Good basic nursing bra - I wish I had ordered one with my first baby (this was for #3).

The only design that could feasibly work for large breasted moms. The cup is made of stretchy spandex like material so you can actually stretch it down below the breast when feeding your baby. Most of the other bras I've tried are not stretchy enough and when you unhook them and try to feed your lo they do this akward fold thing causing the underwires to dig into you or they look like they're going to snap. Its just illogical to expect fabric that is sewn to a u shaped underwire to be able to fold low enough to get a boob out unless you're a B cup or lower. You NEED stretchy fabric. That being said this is still strong enough to hold a nice shape and keep the girls up and in the center. I can't stand those bras that look like they've given up and let your boobs point off toward the sides:( I did have more leakage with this bra than others mainly because it is sooo comfortable and the stretchy fabric is not thick or absorbant so I recommend using washable breast pads. I like the cotton flannel ones and the bamboo ones. I wear this under a thin turtleneck sweater at the office so I can visit daycare on my lunch break and breastfeed. Definitely recommend. Go for nude if you want subtlety and go for red if you want to feel like a sexy mama.
