Another Quality Anker Product

I have purchased various Anker products over time, including flashlights, power banks, cables and USB wall chargers. I've made all of these purchases with the knowledge that Anker produces high quality products and stands behind them, offering an 18-month warranty should a product fail.

The time finally came for me to replace my old dual port car charger, which I had for many years but was finally wearing out. Without hesitation, I turned to Anker to order this Ultra Compact 24W 2-Port Car Charger. Upon opening the box, I found a well-built car charging device, very much reflective of Anker's commitment to quality products. After plugging the charger into my vehicle and attaching two iPhone devices to the charger via Apple-certified USB cables (which happened to be Anker as well), I found that the phones charged much more rapidly than my older car charger. Once again, Anker came through with another excellent product, and I am a very satisfied customer. (Note: This review is my opinion only, and I have not received compensation from any party to write this review.)

After checking some chargers, I settled for this one. The good reviews were really what made me purchase this one rather than the $8.99 version.

First of all, the packaging is super high quality. It doesn't feel like a cheap gas station charging port, at all. This feels like a product you would find in Best-Buy or the Apple store. It comes in a nice Littlest box, with a warranty insert and a user guide.
The unit itself is very nice looking. I love the finish because it goes great with my Civic Hatchback. You can barely see it from down there, but if you do it does not break the look, in fact I would say it enhanced it.

Over all I am very satisfied. I plugged my phone into it and while I was writing this review the battery went from 58% to 62%, and it probably took me about 5 minutes to write this.
Great little charger! Would recommend.

Met my expectations for charging the iPhone 8

This was a needed upgrade. My wife and I battle over charge cords in the car some days and having TWO ports is becoming important. It charges my iPhone 6 and iPhone 8 just fine. The illuminated blue outlines around the ports makes finding them in the dark nicer than my old car plug chargers. The light is not very bright and it is hardly noticeable unless you are looking for it, which is nice because I am in my car and don't need to be blinded by a charger.

I've had this now about 3 months and pulled it in and out to swap vehicles or take on trips several times. Build quality is as expected from Anker.

PS - I paid for this after researching for a month about which one to buy. No discounts for reviewing. No crap, just my point of view on what I review.

Charger came in nice packaging, as most Anker products do. Carbon fiber finish looks cool in person. Plug fits in outlet smooth with no play/wobble, but doesn't get stuck or need to be forced into the socket as many cheap 3rd party products do. USB ports light up blue but glow isn't intrusive or distracting at night; more helpful than it is obnoxious. USB ports also secure and have no play. Doesn't appear to be a quick charger but charges at a decent pace; battery jumped 5% in about 2 minutes. Has a nice weight to it. Seems like a solid product overall.
Will update when charging while using GPS, Data, and Bluetooth; in the past, charger could not perform adequately while I was using my device in this manner.

UPDATE: phone continues to charge at a decent rate even while actively using Bluetooth audio, Data, and GPS.

Rock-solid performance and Anker quality build and finish

I love this charger! It charges quickly, as quickly as the telephone or tablet will allow in most cases. The soft blue lighting around the jacks make them easy to find in the dark, and just pleasant to look at. The fit and finish of the charger seems to be of high quality as well.

I use this to charge my iPhone 6 and Bluetooth headset. It charges the iPhone at a rate of 1% every 30 seconds, or a full charge in around 3000 seconds (50 minutes). My Bluetooth headset charges fully in ten minutes or less. The charger doesn't get more than lukewarm, and even though it charges my iPhone quickly the phone does not get hot either.

This is an all-around solid performer, and it looks as well as it works. This is the third product from Anker that I've purchased and the third that has performs as well as it looks.

I purchased this to replace the phone charger in my car and it works much better than expected! Previously I had purchased some cheap phone charging port which took hours to bump the battery up a few percent.

With the Anker 24w car charger my phone went from 25% to 99% in a 20-30 minute car ride while using the GPS the entire time. The fact that there is a second port for passengers is also fantastic. It's certainly worth the extra few dollars to get a quality charger! The actual lightning cable I also purchased off of amazon as well. There are many deals on braided 3'-6' cables that come in packs of 2 or 3. Can't go wrong!

We've had this for a few months now and so far have no complaints. We don't use it every day but appreciate knowing it's there. We found we needed a way to charge in the car on occasion and on daytrips but our old car charger died after six months or so. So I searched for a long while, read lots of reviews, etc, and decided on this one. It was a good price and seemed a solid choice. I like it a lot because it's smaller than the ones I had before, it's easier to plug into, it's more snug when plugged in instead of loose like my old one, the connections are seemingly tight and solid, it's sleek looking, and thus far has given us no reason to complain. I hope to see this last a long time and will update if I encounter any issues. But as of now it's a great little unit!
