I have this Anker PowerCore II 10000 and also the older Anker PowerCore 10000.
PROS for PowerCore II:
* I like that it has the 8 LED lights in the button versus only having 4 lights. It gave me more assurance that I had enough charge left in the portable charger before getting on a flight or before doing an all day outing. I also feel less pressure to charge it up all the time because of the better power indicator.
* The PowerCore II has a better texture. Although this fact does nothing to make change the usefulness of the battery, it does feel better in the hand. But do consider that scratches do show up a bit more on this lined texture.
* The PowerCore II device itself does recharge faster from zero than the PowerCore.
CONS:
* The PowerCore II is a bit larger. It's still significantly smaller than other 10K chargers in the market but because I have both versions, the older PowerCore does more of a "wow" factor when it comes to size.
* Honestly, it didn't really charge a connected device that much faster. On multiple attempts it's probably about 10-13% faster on charging. Mind you the older PowerCore I have has been used up quite a lot over the past couple of years. So that may be a factor.
Also, that being said...either one, the PowerCore II and PowerCore both charge really fast in comparison to other competitor brands. They both perform reliably and are a must have when ever you know you could be away from an outlet for more than a few hours.

This is better than other brand competitors. You won't be disappointed with Anker. Not all 10K power packs are made equal.

When I plugged in in my 7” tablet, it was registering 30%. I plugged once and checked it in approximately 2 1/2 hours and the tablet battery registered 100%. It charged my ZTE V8 Blade Pro (Galaxy clone, 6.0 inch, marshmallow) from 50% to full in less than 2 hours. There was still 4 of the 8 blue led lights lit, so I plugged in my wife’s Honor 5x android phone. That was registering 60% when l plugged it in in. Less than 90 minutes later her phone registered 100%. After charging her phone it was able to charge my Bluetooth earbuds and it still registered over 25%.
A full recharge took a little over 6 hours. The PowerCore II 10000 comes with a nice nylon carry bag, and a micro USB cable. The battery is lightweight, and will easily drop into most daypacks / backpacks or even a purse. Providing the ability to charge the average Android / iPhone SEVERAL times.
All in all, when compared to the previous version, the major benefit is the reduced charging times. If your device supports quick charging, this is the one to get.
Some of the newer features are:
The case is somewhat more curved
The Power now has twice as many LED’s as the previous version (8 as opposed to 4)
Allowing 18w in allows the unit to recharge faster (previous version was 10W)
The power output was increased to 5v @ 3.0a (devices recharge faster)
The new unit is slightly larger than the previous version
T3ch5upp0rt can easily recommend this as a great power addition. Pick up one of these and you’ll be able to charge your phone many times while attending the next all-day event.

The Anker PowerCore II 10000 arrived in some of the best packaging I've ever seen. Right out of the box 3 of the 8 blue led lights lit up. This indicates it was approximately 1/3 charged. I plugged it in and waited a few hours for the 8 led lights to light up.By T3ch5upp0rt on September 17, 2017

日常用途では最高だが旅行までだと若干容量不足と
QC3.0対応機も所有してるので、これを購入しました。
195ｇの軽さで入出力高電圧急速充電に対応。
（所有のQC3.0機は全部QC3.0と同等値充電だった）
この製品の特徴でありメリットはこれにつきます。
そして実行電力計測したら・・・立派だった。
充電能力においては
iphone7での充電電力をiphone7の電池残量10％刻みで他社製と比較したが
およそ50％～80％においては付属ケーブルを使って充電しても10％程充電電力は低かった。
（PowerCore+anker付属ケーブル、他社6700+anker付属ケーブルで比較）
ケーブルを他社のケーブルにすると差はさらに広がり15％程の差になった。
もしお気に入りの他社製ケーブルがあっても
Anker製ケーブルを選択したほうがキチンと本領を発揮するのかも。
（Anker製ケーブルを2種、他社製を2種確認した）
QC3.0に等しい充電も入力・出力とも確認でき、コンセントタイプQC3.0と同等の値がでてました。
高電圧急速充電も、iphoneなどへの急速充電も、バッテリーが空〜50%は確かに最大量での電力が確認できる。
55％を超えた辺りから若干他社より低い電力量になり
80％を超えると他社製ともに超スローな充電電力になる。
バッテリー保護や発熱に対するプログラムかな。
事実、他社の方は本体のUSB接続部に発熱があったが、
この本体に発熱はなかった。
容量についても確認してみたが結構いい数値出てた。
（WHについて、本体記載値をもの差しに、1A放電と充電の両方からロス率を確認）
手前味噌な計測と計算なので公表は控えるけど満足できる数値だった。
今回本体QC同等高速充電に大きな魅力を覚え購入しました。
後半の80％（インジケーターで8個目）の所からはガクッと落ちますが
2時間半でおよそ8割の充電量に達します。
完全に充電を終えるには4ｈほどでした(それでもかなり速い)
QC3.0同等入出力充電対応小型軽量10050mAhバッテリーに価値を見いだせる環境の方には
機種選択において今のところライバル希少機種かと思います。
これにつなげるケーブルでオススメをひとつ。

機械類の梱包とは思えません。クレームを入れたところ販売元から直で送っているので…とのこと。アマゾンからは返品・保証などの丁寧な説明がありましたが、返品する時間も無くそのまま使用しています。
製品について
大きさ：小さくて良い。重さ：周りは重いと感じる人が多かった。性能：充電の初期は早いが満充電になるまで長い。充電速度が安定せず充電回数的に本当に大容量？という印象。
iPhoneの純正ケーブルを使っていますが硬くて差し込みづらい。緩い方もいるようで個体差がかなりあるのかなと思います。
信頼していたメーカーなので正直がっかりしています
