Made as directed but wayyyyy tooo thick. I added water and didn't want put in too much. I got it into the bags and had to add more water. I ended up with a huge mess, but overall it is good. One teaspoon of water is not near what is required. Perhaps, 1/4 cup to 4 cups of icing sugar? Go with less water and add gradually.
