Ann Krueger Spivack has written for the San Francisco Chronicle and won a James Beard award for cowriting The Essence of Chocolate.
She's gotten into the water with Keiko the killer whale in preparation for writing about marine life with Jean-Michel Cousteau. Ann has co-written six cookbooks with chefs Michael Chiarello, Cat Cora, and Elizabeth Falkner and written for Chuck Williams, the founder of Williams-Sonoma. Plus Ann edited the very first Pottery Barn catalog.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, twins, and an annoying little dog.
