Even though I could have used the 32, the 34 fits perfectly and I was able to get the hour glass look immediately, so now I am hooked! This cincher has a super firm compression that sucked my fat in and down. I tried on some of my clothes that where fitted and normally showed the unwanted belly bulge...bulge was gone. Under my clothes you can't see it except in the front where the hooks are located, so it depends how tight and the color of the outfit if it will be seen. The bottom part in the front kind of sticks out a little, so that could also be a problem with certain outfits.
Helps with posture and can prevent overeating. After wearing this waist cincher and alternating with a corset, my waist is down to 28 inches in less than 2 weeks. I am sure not being able to overeat is a plus. My stomach is definitely smaller and I can see more definition in my abs. I do workout at least 3 times a week. But during this 2 week period I only worked out once and it was not intense. I can only imagine the results when I am back on my workout schedule and wear this belt during the workout. I haven't worn the belt to workout yet because I want another one; one to workout in and one to wear out everyday under my clothing.
Oh yeah, I have ordered several waist cinchers, nippers and they just do not suck in my stomach enough like this Ann Mitchell workout waist cincher.
Make sure you measure your waist before buying this item..

I don't know what's up with the sizing on this waist trainer. Some folks say it runs big, others say it runs small. It is for people with a short torso. Read morePublished 6 months ago by CBG
