I LOVE Udon noodles but I also love to eat organic and also I track my macros on MyFitnessPal and it can be difficult to track noodles that come in a loose pack. These make meal prep and tracking SO EASY!!!

While I can find these at my local health food store and sometimes in the grocery store, not only are they almost always sold out, but even when I can find them, the price is like $6+ for a package (which contains 2 individually wrapped packs of noodles). I was THRILLED to find out that these were available on Amazon subscription for around $20 for 6 which works out to a little over $3 per package - less than HALF what I can get them for locally!! I added them immediately to my subscriptions and couldn't be happier about it. I feel like each packet serves one if that's the crux of your meal.

The taste and mouth feel of these noodles is fabulous and the quality/consistency is spot on as well. I've never tasted an odd batch.

One of my go to dinners these days is 6 ounces of cubed chicken breast and 150g of veggies (zucchini or broccoli) and one packet of these noodles with a simple sauce made from 1 TBS Oyster sauce, 5 TBS water and a bit of garlic salt, onion powder and monkfruit sweetener to taste. I pre weigh and chop the veggies and chicken and keep them in bags so when it's time for dinner I just throw it all in a pan and a delicious, healthy dinner is ready in minutes! I seriously could eat this every day.

I seriously can't recommend these enough! And yes, I paid full price for them. Feel free to ask any questions!

These are great. I have not been able to find organic udon noodles in my area that weren't dehydrated. These are fully cooked and just need a little warming. Great for noodle based stir frys. Quick shipping too!

I don't have celeac disease, but I have learned that gluten feeds viruses, bacteria and all kinds of pathogens. As a consequence I have decided to avoid gluten 100%.
These noodles are made with BROWN rice, which is a must for me and are tasty. They are very easy to use especially if soaked for 20 minutes in cold water before cooking. I learned this from a chinese cook and, since I put that advise into practice, I really enjoy cooking these noodles.

I had previously tried the regular Pad Thai Rice Noodles and hated them. Because of that, I almost didn't give this product a try. However, after seeing an overwhelming amount of five star reviews I decided to place an order. I'm so glad I did. The regular Rice Noodles aren't even in the same league as the Brown Rice Noodles. The other noodles taste like cheap packaged noodles like you might get in a two dollar cup of instant noodles. These taste like noodles you might get an in actual Asian restaurant.

The only problem I have with the noodles are the cooking directions. It asks that you cook them for 4-5 minutes. If you cook these for five minutes they will be very overdone. What I do is I usually cook them for about 2 mins 45 secs then run them under cold water so they don't continue to cook. I also suggest you use your hands and break up the noodles so they don't clump together. At this point they will be very slightly underdone. If you wish to finish them off in boiling water I suggest you cook them for 3 mins 30 seconds. I then add the noodles to the pan of whatever I'm cooking and finish them off in there. Personally I love eating them with a variety of vegetables fried up in a pan with whatever spices I feel like adding that day. Add a protein or two and you have yourself a meal worthy of being served in a restaurant.
