Over all this looks to be a really nice cookie sheet. Very heavy gage metal so I don't think it is going to warp. We have an 11 piece cookware set from Anolon and we just love their pots and pans. It appears to be the same non-stick surface on this cookie sheet that came on the cookware set. We really like the cookware, that is why we decided to try and buy a cookie sheet too.
The only problem is that we have ordered this item twice now.
The original order came in with a small scratch in the non-stick surface. That one went straight back to Amazon.
The replacement cookie sheet came in with an even bigger and deeper scratch in the non-stick surface.
I guess if we are going to actually buy this item we are going to have to find it at a brick and mortar store so we can inspect it and make sure that it isn't damage.
03/06/21 Update
So, after the trouble we had with it coming in damaged/scratched on the original order and then on the replacement order when ordering it from Amazon we decided to take a chance and try ordering this from an alternative website becuase it did appear to be such a nice cookie sheet.
That cookie sheet came in totally undamaged.
So onto the actual review of this cookie sheet:
We Upgraded the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars becuase we are so impressed after using it. This is a really nice cookie sheet. We had no problem with it warping what-so-ever, even when we used it at its maximum temperature-425degrees. Absolutely nothing sticks to the surface and it cleans up so incredibly easy. It basically wipes clean. We are thinking about ordering a second one from the alternative website so that we when we pull the first sheet of cookies out to cool we can start a second sheet of cookies baking.
I do have to give credit where credit is due though and say that even though we had problems when ordering this from Amazon returning the damaged cookie sheets to Amazon was super easy and hassle free both times

Updating my rating and adding a review. Pans stained within the first few uses and rusted so badly I had to replace them within a year. Granted these weren’t the best pans but I should get more than 10 months of life with light to moderate use.

This looked like a great pan from a good brand…but the bottom rusted in a little over 4 month of use! Non stick sounds great but rust sucks. These pics look terrible like the pan was abused… but it really didn’t get a whole lot of use so I was surprised that the coating fell apart.
